We would like to thank all of you, our loyal guests, for continuing to support all our restaurants over the last 17 years. Over the last year and a half it has certainly been a trying time for all of us and we are truly blessed to be able to continue to do what we love. As many of you may have heard our industry, among others, is in a new sort of crises related to an extreme labor shortage. This new challenge has created a tremendous amount of stress on all our managers and staff to deliver the quality of food and service we are known for. In order to continue to serve you at the highest levels possible and manage the continued shortage of industry professionals, we have decided to make the following changes to our operations.
As of July 19th we will be switching our reservation system at Eleven Eleven, Vin de Set and Hamilton’s Steakhouse back to Opentable which will allow us to better manage the flow of reservations within each of these restaurants, give us more flexibility with changes in table layouts and will help to reduce overly crowded peak periods that cause slowdowns in the kitchen and for our service staff.
We have also streamlined our menus somewhat to help reduce the amount of prep work required by our culinary team to make sure we can be better prepared for busy meal periods without running out of printed menu items. We apologize in advance if you notice a few of your favorite menu items missing but assure you they will return as soon as we feel we are capable of doing so without having a negative impact on our guest’s experience. In addition to the above, our hours of operation have been changed along with the number of days we will be open.

Sat 4pm to 10pm
We hope these changes will still allow you to dine with us as often as possible and we look forward to the day when we can return to our original operating schedules.
